The Construction Skills Register scheme ensures that anyone holding a CSR card has undergone basic health and safety training, together with an assessment of his or her skills. So why does this need renewed every four years?

Last week was a busy week for ETT on the training front, on Thursday we had a CSR Course while on Friday a Working at Heights Course took place.

I often ask participants to change after a training course. To re-evaluate their work methods and "fix" a bad habit, as it's often a bad habit that leads to an accident, or worse, a fatality.
