Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that it may be necessary for you to cancel your course booking. If this becomes necessary we will refund your payment in accordance with the policy as set out below.
If you provide us with notice of cancellation 28 days prior to the date of the course we will promptly refund you 100% of your payment.
If you provide us with notice of cancellation between 14 and 28 days prior to the date of the course we will promptly refund you 50% of your payment
We will be unable to provide you with a refund where notice of cancellation is received between 1-14 days prior to the course commencement date. This is because we will be committed to our own costs.
You may provide us with notice of cancellation by telephone, e-mail, fax or letter. In order to remove any possibility of dispute or misunderstanding you will be provided with an acknowledgment of your notice of cancellation. This will be sent to you on the same day of your notification to us; this will set out your refund entitlement.
Please note that it will be necessary to ensure that you that have and retain possession of our acknowledgement in order to receive your refund payment.
We endeavour to run all scheduled courses, however from time to time it may become necessary to cancel or postpone courses due to circumstance beyond our control. If this should happen we will take every step to notify you in good time. We will also promptly return 100% of your payment.
