Charlotte Bamber
Executive Officer
Charlotte joined ETT in June 2002 having graduated from the University of Ulster with a 2:1 Honours Degree in International Business Studies. Since joining ETT, Charlotte has gained significant experience in the management and coordination of the Jobskills and ApprenticeshipsNI Programmes, as well as the development and improvement of the organisation's Self-Evaluation and Development Planning processes.
Charlotte was instrumental in the implementation and maintenance of an accredited Integrated Management System (IMS), overseeing the successful certification of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. She plays a key role in the management of the IMS, whilst also fulfilling the role of Senior Internal Auditor within the organisation.
She has a particular interest in the area of Human Resources and Employment Law issues. Her experience in Human Resources includes having provided support and consultation in the following areas; organisational development, employee and leadership development, recruitment and selection, performance management and policy development and administration.
Charlotte writes a regular business advice column for the NI Electrical Magazine, as well as making contributions to the monthly ETT Newsletters “Watt Matters” and “Watts Happening”. More recently Charlotte has become involved in delivering a series of practical workshop seminars aimed at helping NI Electrical Contracting Employers in the current economic climate.
Charlotte is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and the Institute of Leadership and Management.
