The UK is aiming to become net-zero by 2050. The transport sector is one of the UK’s largest emitters of CO2 and a major source of air pollution in cities. Decarbonizing transport is, therefore essential if the UK is to meet its goal of net zero emissions by 2050, one of the primary drivers enabling this strategy is through the Electric Vehicles. Sales globally for Electric vehicles have significantly increased over the last 3 years. The result of more electric cars on the road requires an infrastructure in place for car users to charge their vehicles at their convenience.
