ETT is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all apprentices/ learners and expects all staff, employers, subcontractors, volunteers, and visitors to share this commitment. We aim to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where apprentices are protected from harm, abuse, neglect, exploitation, discrimination, and any other risks to their wellbeing. All safeguarding concerns are taken seriously and will be responded to promptly and appropriately in line with ETT’s Safeguarding Policy and Procedures. Apprentices are encouraged to report any concerns regarding their own welfare or the welfare of others to a member of staff, the Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO), or the Deputy DSO.

A copy of the ETT Safeguarding Policy is available to download below.  This policy should be referred to for full details of safeguarding responsibilities, reporting procedures, and available support.
